Thank you for attending IPSSW2017! See you next year in Amsterdam!

IPSSW2017 – Collaborate. Create. Captivate.

Dear IPSS Members, colleagues and friends,

On behalf of the International Pediatric Simulation Society (IPSS) and the IPSSW2017 Organizing Committee we invite you to attend the 9th International Pediatric Simulation Symposia and Workshops (IPSSW2017) scheduled for 1-3 June, 2017 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

The birthplace of the American Revolution, Boston continues to be a center of revolutionary ideas. Spawned by the presence of over 70 institutions of higher learning, it is an epicenter for innovation in the areas of education, science, technology and healthcare. The presence of the area’s many colleges and universities attracts a large, diverse student population that in turn makes Boston a youthful, stimulating place to work and visit.

We are excited to hold this year’s conference on the campus of Boston University. From this large academic institution there is easy access to the Charles River, Boston Harbor, the city’s numerous museums and historical sites as well as excellent food and entertainment.

This year’s conference theme is: Collaborate. Create. Captivate.

  • Collaborate
Network with both old friends and new colleagues, engage in multi/interdisciplinary discussions and collaborate on simulation strategies and research
  • Create
Innovate new tools, strategies, curricula and technologies
  • Captivate
Sharing ideas and creating new partnerships across a multitude of disciplines : nurses, physicians, surgeons, midlevel providers, allied health professionals and simulation administrators and technicians

IPSSW continues to be the world’s largest gathering devoted exclusively to pediatric and perinatal simulation. It attracts diverse individuals from all over the globe. A friendly, low-key atmosphere is the hallmark of IPSSW conferences.

Within this environment we will provide an exchange of great ideas through excellent speakers, interesting discussions and thoughtful presentations.

We hope you will join us in Boston for IPSSW2017.

With Warmest Regards,
